Turnaround = production (1–3 working days) + courier transit. Exact fees are calculated at checkout from your delivery address and order size.
If a product arrives defective, damaged, or not matching your approved design, we reprint and reship it free. Just send photos within 14 days of delivery.
Because every item is custom-printed to order, we can’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size/colour chosen at checkout. Check the size guide and your design preview before ordering.
If the order hasn’t entered production yet, contact us immediately and we’ll amend it. Once printing has started we can’t change it.
If tracking shows your parcel is lost, we’ll investigate with the courier and reprint/reship at no cost once confirmed.
